ISHA — Intuitive Sound Healing Arts — is a 3-day certification training designed for practitioners who are already doing healing work and want to bring sound into it in a grounded, embodied, trauma-informed way.
This isn't a training about having a "good voice." It's about learning to use tone, vibration, frequency, and silence as a somatic medicine — meeting clients and participants in their bodies rather than their minds.
Skylar is an ISHA-certified trainer. The methods she teaches are the same ones at the foundation of all her 1:1 and retreat work — tested across hundreds of sessions with real bodies in real rooms.

The voice as a somatic instrument — physiology, resonance, and embodied presence
Toning, cymatics, and overtone techniques for practitioners
Holding a sound healing container — ethics, safety, and consent
Trauma-informed facilitation of group and 1:1 sound healing
Integrating sound into existing coaching or healing practice
Your own voice — the most important instrument you have
Practitioners who already do healing work.
This training is designed for people already in the healing space — coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, energy healers, nurses, midwives, ceremony facilitators. You don't need a "trained voice." You need a willingness to use the one you have.
