These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at skylartemplesinger.com and any services offered by Magnetic Living LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Magnetic Living LLC, operating under the trade name Skylar Temple Singer, offers trauma-informed voice liberation coaching, sound healing sessions, virtual and in-person retreats, certification training, group experiences, digital products, and related services.
Services are offered for educational, wellness, and personal development purposes. Nothing on this Site or in any session constitutes medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Bookings and Purchases
Sessions and retreats are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking. Digital products (including UNMUTED) are fulfilled through Kajabi and are subject to Kajabi's terms as well as these Terms.
4. Health and Safety
Participation in somatic coaching, sound healing, vocal activation, and ceremonial experiences may involve physical and emotional processes. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to your session or retreat. The Company reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose participation may pose a risk to themselves or others.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
1:1 Sessions
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are forfeited. The Company will make reasonable accommodations for genuine emergencies at its discretion.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are refundable (less deposit) if cancelled more than 30 days before the retreat date. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date are non-refundable. The Company may offer a credit at its discretion.
Digital products
Due to the digital nature of our products (including UNMUTED), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Certification training
Training deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds (less deposit) are available if cancelled more than 21 days before the training date. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, audio, video, graphics, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to Magnetic Living LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magnetic Living LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Ceremonial Services
Ceremonial experiences offered by the Company are held in accordance with established ceremonial traditions and with full attention to participant safety, preparation, and integration. Participation in ceremonial experiences requires prior consultation, intake, and express consent. The Company reserves the right to decline ceremonial services to any participant it determines is not an appropriate candidate, in its sole discretion.
Ceremonial services do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Participants assume responsibility for their own wellbeing and must disclose all relevant health information prior to participation.
9. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials on this Site reflect individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed. The Company makes no representation that any specific outcome will result from participation in its services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
